Mobile units up to a maximum of 3.5 t. GRP cowling and galvanised chassis are standard. We provide customer-specific options for all assignments.

The 160 – 250 kVA series will be erected on a tandem chassis with a maximum permitted total weight of 3.5t. A galvanised base frame, designed as a containment vessel, and GRP cowling for maximum protection against corrosion. Large hatches for ideal access to the control box, cable drums, machine room and optional accessories.

CONTROL

An option is our 12“ touch monitor, whose picture and contrast offer an even better display and readability.

The display automatically adjusts its brightness and contrast to the light conditions.

The existing features such as the historical memory and trend display are still included.

The optional remote function allows monitoring and, in part, external access via mobile phone, PC or any Internet explorer.

STAGE V

All waste gas purification systems demanded by emissions level V are installed in the exhaust air chamber.

Access is possible via the front port, allowing basic repairs to be carried out.

ILLUMINATION

In der Heckklappe ist eine LED mit 1068 lm integriert, die eine optimale, gleichmäßig Ausleuchtung des Arbeitsbereiches im Heck gewährleistet. Dadurch kann die Bedienung, das Abtrommeln und das Einstecken zu jeder Zeit sicher durchgeführt werden. Mit der Umfeldbeleuchtung wird mittels 4 LED’s der Arbeitsbereich rund um das Aggregat voll ausgeleuchtet damit auch bei schlechter Sicht das Bedienpersonal sicher arbeiten kann. Mit dem LED Arbeitsscheinwerfer, kann zusätzlich ein entfernter Arbeitsbereich ausgeleuchtet werden, z.B. Trafostation oder Zugfahrzeug. Im Maschinenraum wird ebenfalls eine LED Beleuchtung integriert, die auch in Dunkelheit die Betankung oder Überprüfung des Aggregates vereinfacht.

Our genset lighting systems, providing 1068 Lumen per lamp, provide optimum, uniform illumination throughout the entire unit and work area.

Using the standard, built-in light at the rear, it is easy to operate, unwind and connect the equipment at any time.

The surrounding lighting completely illuminates the work area around the unit, allowing the operating staff to work safely in the dark or in poor light.

In addition, the work area can be illuminated by an LED work headlamp.

The engine compartment lighting eases refuelling or inspection of the unit, even in the dark.
